Corporate Workshops
Modern workplaces are busy, high-pressure and often screen-heavy.
Stress, burnout and disconnection are common and team morale suffers.
My workshops offer something different: a reset.
Through guided, low-pressure art sessions, I help teams slow down, connect and spark new energy - no art experience needed.
Creative Reset Workshops
A 60–90 minute group art experience designed to:
Promote calm, presence, and focus
Strengthen connection between team members
Encourage play and creative flow
Offer a unique, memorable team activity
Participants are introduced to a method of painting that balances structured guidance with open creative exploration. Whether the subject is a still life or a more abstract interpretation, the focus is always on how you're painting – not what you produce. This allows space for individual expression, creative risk-taking and a release from performance pressure.
I will guide participants into a calm, creative headspace. Conversation is encouraged, creating moments of shared reflection and connection. The emphasis is on the experience of making, slowing down, being present and engaging with others in a supportive environment.
Perfect for corporate settings, these sessions help foster psychological safety, openness and team bonding in a refreshing and memorable way.
