A gentle, spring-inspired workshop in the beautiful setting of The Greenwich Gallery. Designed to help you slow down, reconnect and return to yourself through colour.

You’ll be welcomed with a cup of herbal tea and guided into a short meditation, allowing you to soften and arrive fully in the present moment.

From here, you’ll explore intuitive abstract painting, using oracle colour cards as gentle prompts to guide your choices. This is a space to follow what you’re drawn to, letting colour lead, rather than overthinking or planning.

Not about perfection, but about reconnecting to yourself, trusting your intuition and allowing creativity to flow.
